Island Prosperity Strategy Funds Support Graduate and Post Doctoral Fellowships

The Department of Innovation and Advanced Learning is pleased to announce the results of the peer review process and the decision to offer awards to the top four students in each of the following three categories: masters and PhD students and post-doctoral fellows.

This program promotes partnerships with private businesses and research institutions by sponsoring graduate students or post-doctoral researchers whose studies are aligned with the Island Prosperity Strategy. Individual assistance of up to $20,000 for Graduate students and $40,000 for post-doctoral fellows will support research projects exhibiting commercial potential.

In total, 36 applications were considered for funding in this first round of the Graduate and Post-Doctoral Fellowships. Below is a summary of the successful applicants in alphabetical order.
